Product Introduction

Industrial cleaning defoamer is an emulsion-type modified polysiloxane product, primarily composed of modified polysiloxane, modified polyether, dispersants, and other components, formulated through a special process. It is specifically designed for defoaming in various industries such as metal cleaning, circuit board cleaning, and spray cleaning. This product is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, offers excellent stability, disperses easily in water, has a wide applicable temperature range, does not separate or float oil, rapidly eliminates stubborn foam in foaming systems, and provides long-lasting foam suppression.

Dosage and Method

1.Can be directly added to the product system requiring defoaming.

2.For on-site use, it can be diluted to a certain ratio but must be used promptly. Stirring speed should not be too fast; mix evenly.

3.Dosage is 10-500 PPM of the total foaming system. Actual dosage should be adjusted according to the foam content and environment. Prior testing is recommended to achieve optimal defoaming effect and usage amount.

Packaging and Storage

1.Packaged in 25KG, 50KG, 200KG, 1000KG plastic drums.

2.Defoamer should be stored at 5~35°C. Avoid placing near heat sources or exposure to direct sunlight.

3.Store according to general chemical storage methods. Ensure sealing after use to prevent deterioration.
